Eric Roark
As CEO and founder of ROARK, Eric consults with investors and executives on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, ERP implementations, and GAAP compliance. He brings over two decades of experience, including CFO/Controller roles and a background at Ernst & Young, to ensure smooth execution of complex transactions.
Eric is an active community member, serving on the Irvine Valley College Foundation Board and the ACG Orange County Executive Committee.
He holds a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University, San Bernardino and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his family, barbequing, golfing, and fishing.
