As Executive Search Director, Keena brings a unique perspective to her client's recruitment needs. Using a consultative approach, she is able to leverage her industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results time and time again. Coming from the world’s largest recruiting firm, she has nearly a decade of experience leading teams to recruit executive consultants and C-level permanent positions.

Keena is an active member of the recruitment community, leading a resume-writing workshop on behalf of ROARK to help underprivileged and unemployed professionals get their resumes up to par.

She holds a degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, Keena enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
